About the Role

Regional Sales Manager (Ethical Division)

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly & annual sales targets for Ethical Division.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the field team (MRs/ASMs).
  • Strengthen doctor engagement through regular visits, CMEs & product detailing.
  • Expand coverage across Ahmedabad & surrounding markets.
  • Ensure strong distributor/stockist coordination and product availability.
  • Execute ethical marketing strategies; track competitor activities.
  • Submit timely MIS, sales reports, and field activity updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate B.Sc / B.Pharm / BAMS preferred; MBA is a plus.
  • 6–12 years of experience in Ethical Pharma/Ayurveda sales.
  • Must have 2–3 years of team-handling experience.
  • Strong doctor network and market understanding in Ahmedabad/Gujarat.
  • Good communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
