Job Purpose

To provide professional Ayurveda-based consultation through telephonic and online platforms, guiding patients on holistic wellness including diet, lifestyle, and yoga. The role requires strong communication and convincing skills to build trust, encourage treatment adherence, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct telephonic and online consultations for patients seeking Ayurveda-based wellness advice.
Understand patient history, symptoms, and health goals to provide accurate recommendations.
Address client queries with empathy, providing clear explanations about treatment plans and remedies.
Motivate and counsel patients to follow prescribed regimens or better results.
Maintain accurate consultation records and patient history in the system.
Stay updated with the latest Ayurveda treatments, dietetics, and yoga practices.
Recommend suitable Ayurveda products, therapies, or treatment packages in an ethical, patient-focused manner.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
BAMS (mandatory), MD Ayurveda (preferred)
Experience:
1-3 years in consultation (freshers with strong skills may apply)
Skills:

Excellent telephonic & online consultation skills
Strong convincing ability with patient focus
Knowledge in diet planning & yoga
Basic computer literacy
