Job Title: POF Film Machine Operator Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and disciplined POF (Polyolefin Shrink Film) Machine Operator to manage the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of multilayer POF film extrusion lines (Water Quench/Bubble). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with plastic film extrusion, a strong sense of quality, and must adhere strictly to GMP, 5S, and safety protocols. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and control multilayer POF extrusion machines efficiently Set and adjust process parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, thickness, shrink %) Carry out start-up, shutdown, roll changes, and slitting operations Perform in-process quality checks (thickness, shrink %, gloss, haze, seal strength) Identify and troubleshoot production issues such as gels, blocking, wrinkles, etc. Maintain accurate production, quality, and downtime records Ensure cleanliness and hygiene per GMP guidelines Implement and maintain 5S practices at the workstation Coordinate with QC, maintenance, and material teams Follow safety guidelines and use PPE as per company policy ✅ Candidate Requirements: Experience in POF film extrusion or multilayer film blowing (3–5 layer preferred) Understanding of polymer behavior and extrusion line operations Familiar with HMI/PLC control panels and machine alarms Knowledge of GMP protocols and personal hygiene practices in a production setup Good understanding of 5S principles (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) Basic reading/writing in Hindi, English, or regional language Team player with good communication and reporting skills Physically fit and able to work in rotational shifts 🎓 Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Polymer, or equivalent (Non-ITI but experienced operators can also apply) 📌 Work Environment: 9-hour shifts (rotational – Day/Night) Cleanroom or semi-cleanroom POF film production Fast-paced, target-driven environment 📤 How to Apply: Send your resume to [pof@filmtec.in] or contact Prasad at [8698839210].
