Job Description

You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently analyzing data and updating them as per the organization's requirements, with a strong commitment to achieving quality and productivity goals. You will need to proof material, review discrepancies, and respond with high attention to detail. Your role will involve professional communication with suppliers globally via email/phone to verify missing information and update the Mouser database accurately. You should be able to adapt to changing situations, restructure tasks and priorities as changes occur within the business and organization. Electronic filing, record-keeping, and document preparation using OCR software will also be part of your responsibilities. Whether working independently or as a team contributor, you will be expected to strive for excellence in quality and results. Regular attendance at work is essential, and you may be required to provide training to new employees and guide them through on-the-job learning. Conducting quality checks on employee work and providing feedback, as well as assisting department management with task assignment and report preparation, will also be part of your duties. Having a positive attitude, a teamwork orientation, good communication skills in English, and experience with PC operations in a Microsoft Windows environment (including proficiency in MS Word and Excel) are essential for this role.
