Job Description

2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in a back end operations role (performing highly repeatable tasks), data entry, or related fields.

Experience in Online Travel agency or comparing competitor pricing, and dynamic pricing algorithms is a plus

Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy

Ability to consistently meet expectations with regards to productivity for repetitive tasks

Fluent English speaker with good vocabulary is a must

Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, across offices and timezones (24/7 with rotational week off, including working on weekends & holidays)

Strong skills in Excel and Spreadsheet management

Ability to quickly absorb training on product and tool functionality

Ability to take quick decisions

Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment

Ability to interpret and apply policy and QA standards

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any stream
