Job Description

Manage service operations activities, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents and problems.
Ensure analysts use correct troubleshooting methods and processes to resolve complex issues.
Collaborate with business partners to manage relationships and resolve escalations.
Monitor, report, and improve areas that require attention.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in IT or Computer Science.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in operations management.
Strong knowledge of technology stacks, including microservices, DB2/Oracle database, and cloud-based platforms.
Experience with standard tools such as ServiceNow, Confluence, and JIRA.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English language skills is mandatory; German CEFR A1 level is desirable.
Experience with multiple technology stacks (microservices, DB2/Oracle database, Cloud based platforms, JAVA, SQL, etc.).
