Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operations Service Specialist, AVP to join our team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience and be responsible for providing top-notch support services to our clients.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage service operations activities such as troubleshooting and resolving incidents and problems.
Ensure analysts use the correct troubleshooting methods and processes.
Collaborate with customer service, other service operations specialists, and relevant TDI functions to resolve escalated issues.
Monitor, report on, and improve areas that require attention.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Experience with multiple technology stacks including UNIX, job monitoring, SQL, DB2/Oracle database, and Geneos.
Working knowledge of standard tools like Service-Now, Confluence, JIRA, and Splunk.
ITIL qualification is desirable.
English language skills are mandatory; German CEFR A1 level is preferred.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in IT or Computer Science.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
