As a Quality Intermediate Analyst at Citigroup, you will be responsible for independently leading quality control reviews, applying analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and quality review methodologies. You will typically deal with variable quality issues with potentially broader business impact and apply professional judgment when interpreting quality review data. Additionally, you will develop non-routine procedural documentation, guidelines, manuals, and reports, working with Senior Management to address and resolve broader quality issues. Providing guidance to lower level analysts and applying a good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the goals of the sub function / job family will be crucial aspects of your role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Independently leading quality control reviews - Developing non-routine procedural documentation, guidelines, manuals, and reports - Working with Senior Management to address and resolve broader quality issues - Providing guidance to lower level analysts - Applying project management skills - Occasionally providing informal guidance or on-the-job-training to new team members Qualifications required for this role: - Previous experience in area of consumer banking, customer service, or data management or control function - Minimum 10+ years of experience - Experience in Compliance, Vendor Audit, Risk and Control, Quality Control, Process Audit Your educational background should include a Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience. This position may involve working in Night Shift/US Shift.
