Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Build and implement optimization models for scheduling and resource alignment problems.
Apply linear programming and advanced OR techniques to business use cases.
Develop algorithms and solutions using Python and Google OR-Tools (or similar solvers).
Work with tools like CPLEX for large-scale optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into OR models.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong background in Operations Research and Optimization.
Proficiency in Linear Programming.
Hands-on experience with Python.
Experience with solvers such as Google OR-Tools and CPLEX.
Strong problem-structuring and analytical thinking ability.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in applying OR techniques to real-world scheduling or assignment problems.
Exposure to other optimization solvers will be an added advantage.
