Role & responsibilities

Database Design and Implementation:
Design the structure of databases, install and configure database software and involve in data migration from legacy systems. Performance Monitoring and Tuning: Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize speed and efficiency. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve database-related issues, including performance problems, errors, and security breaches. Security Management: Implement security measures to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access, including user authentication, access controls, and encryption. Backup and Recovery: Establish and maintain backup and recovery procedures to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity. Documentation: Maintain documentation for database configurations, backup procedures, and standard operating procedures. Collaboration: Work with other IT professionals, including developers, data architects, and business stakeholders, to ensure the database environment meets organizational needs. Compliance: Ensure databases adhere to relevant industry and organizational policies and regulations.
