As an Operations Program Manager at EC-Council, your role involves leading, coordinating, and optimizing cross-functional operational initiatives to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with company goals. You will be the strategic thinker with strong organizational skills managing multiple programs simultaneously. Your responsibilities include: - Project Management & Delivery: - Leading and managing end-to-end business projects across departments like operations, marketing, customer experience, education, and partnerships. - Creating and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure zero cost or time overruns. - Tracking and reporting on progress against key business objectives and project milestones. - Anticipating risks and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain momentum and quality. - Cross-Functional Coordination: - Serving as the central point of communication between internal stakeholders for clear alignment on goals, roles, and deliverables. - Managing meetings, documentation, and follow-ups to maintain accountability and transparency. - Customer Success & Product Enablement: - Coordinating operational readiness for new product or service launches. - Overseeing initiatives to enhance customer onboarding, support workflows, satisfaction, and retention. - Working with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging, timing, and impact. Qualifications required for this role: - 8-10 years of experience managing non-technical, business-focused projects, preferably in operations, customer success, or go-to-market functions. - Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, aligned with business goals. - Strong skills in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and cross-team coordination. - Proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or related field. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken). - PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus. - Experience in global education, certification, or training organizations. - Familiarity with customer success platforms and CRM tools. - Prior experience working in fast-paced, multicultural, or remote-first environments.
