Staff Management: Supervising and supporting hospital staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and providing feedback. Data Analysis: Analyzing operational data, generating reports, and identifying areas for improvement and tracking progress. Collaboration: Working with department heads, staff, and other healthcare providers to improve service delivery and patient care.
