Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations MEP Engineer located in Delhi, India. The Operations MEP Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The engineer will manage building services, execute MEP coordination tasks, and oversee plumbing and electrical engineering operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting and maintaining systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all MEP-related activities adhere to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) skills
• Experience in MEP Coordination and Building Services
• Electrical Engineering and Plumbing skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field
• Experience in the senior care or healthcare industry is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
