Operations Manager(Women Only)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Loan Operations Management:o Coordinate, supervise, and manage the entire loan transaction process, from initiation to repayment.o Ensure the seamless execution of operational tasks related to loan initiation, disbursement, documentation, and repayment.2. Team Leadership:o Train, guide, and mentor team members to improve their performance and operational efficiency.o Monitor team workflows and ensure adherence to company standards and timelines.3. Customer Coordination:o Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding operational issues.o Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns related to loan processing.4. Reporting and Communication:o Prepare and present detailed operational reports to the Directors.o Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction workflows.5. Compliance and Documentation:o Oversee accurate documentation for all loan-related processes.o Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements during the loan lifecycle.6. Process Improvement:o Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.________________________________________Requirements:Education: Graduate with strong academic credentials.Experience:o Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in financial services or loan management.Skills:o Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.o Strong organizational and multitasking skills.o Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
