Job Description
1. Fleet Operations Management
Schedule and dispatch buses according to route and service needs.
Monitor fleet utilization and ensure efficient vehicle allocation.
Coordinate with drivers and route planners to maintain punctual services.
2. Maintenance and Safety Oversight
Develop and oversee preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure buses are roadworthy and comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Manage repairs and ensure timely servicing to minimize downtime.
Conduct vehicle inspections and oversee safety audits.
3. Staff Supervision and Training
Hire, train, and supervise bus drivers, mechanics, and dispatchers.
Monitor driver performance, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and customer service standards.
4. Budgeting and Cost Control
Develop and manage fleet budgets (fuel, repairs, insurance, parts, labor).
Track and analyze operating costs, aiming to reduce expenses.

Pay: ₹21,165.68 - ₹42,224.20 per month
