As an Operations Manager at a flight booking company dealing with USA-based clients, your role will involve overseeing daily operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing the scheduling and utilization of resources. You will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, identify areas for process improvement, and implement necessary changes. Additionally, you will handle customers for International Flights bookings, both domestic and international ticketing. Your responsibilities will include interacting with clients, noting down their details, working on their Itinerary, and customizing tours as per their requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with clients for domestic and international destinations - Customize tour itineraries based on client requirements - Utilize knowledge of GDS systems such as Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan - Sound knowledge of domestic and international flight fares - Handle B2B and B2C interactions - Experience in PPC and meta calls/booking - Perform effectively under pressure - Be self-driven and target-oriented - Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of relevant experience - Excellent knowledge of GDS systems - Good geographical knowledge including city codes and airport codes - Strong communication skills - Willingness to work in shifts as per international time zones - Fluent English speaking skills preferred Please note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.
