Finance cum Logistics Executive/Manager

Finance Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Maintain accurate records for tax and audit purposes.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.

Logistics Responsibilities:

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics
Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries.
Manage inventory levels and perform stock reconciliation.
Handle documentation for imports/exports, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor warehouse performance and coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment.
Optimize logistics processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
