Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Manager - Marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify), . The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations of online marketplaces, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory management, and customer service coordination. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, optimizing listings, managing vendor relationships, and implementing strategies to maximize marketplace performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing online marketplaces or e-commerce operations
• Proficiency in order management, refund processing, tracking
• Vendor followups
• Skills in inventory management and order processing
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
