Operations Manager & Marketing Manager

As an Operations Manager, your role will involve recruiting, hiring, and coordinating the training of new staff members. You will need to design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet its organizational goals. Managing staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will be expected to develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity and ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, hire, and coordinate the training of new staff members - Design and implement business strategies to meet organizational goals - Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks - Develop protocols and procedures to enhance staff productivity - Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback - Ensure compliance with state and federal laws Qualifications Required: - 10 years of prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting, especially in an aesthetic clinic - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Analytical thinking skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment - Customer service orientation with the ability to liaise with patients, families, and care providers - Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills - Ability to delegate tasks effectively This role is based in Calicut Centre and is suitable for local candidates only. The job is full-time with a day shift schedule. Weekend availability may be required. Performance and yearly bonuses are offered in addition to the base salary.
