Core responsibilities

Daily operations:
Manage and supervise daily hospital operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Staff management:
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including performance evaluations and professional development.
Budget and finance:
Develop and manage operating budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Policy and procedures:
Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards.
Quality and compliance:
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, and lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Interdepartmental coordination:
Facilitate communication and collaboration between different hospital departments to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
Patient experience:
Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and address patient complaints and concerns.
Resource management:
Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including staffing, supplies, and equipment.
