Seeking a field operations manager to professionalize our field sales, marketing, and merchandising organization. Successful candidates will be talented team managers, as the role centres around establishing and improving execution,evaluation, and communication best practices.
Start the project planning/ preparation as per the communication received from client
Ensuring the local translation
Simultaneous printing after the research material finalisation
Briefing field team, data processing team and any external agencies on the project objectives and questionnaire
Mock-calls with field team
Check list/ Activity sheet for the team responsibility
Feedback lot for the initial two days/ first day sample, depending upon the given sample size
Monitoring fieldwork to ensure fieldwork is running to time, to quota and that data is being recorded accurately
Generating reports using processes, tools and other databases to monitor the project performanceEnsuring appropriate and sufficient sample is obtained either internally or from the client or a 3rd partyEnsuring data is shared with the client as per the mutually agreed schedule
Ensuring data is clean and accurate before despatch to the client
Maintaining all relevant paperwork in accordance with ISO 20252 Quality Manual
Assisting in the implementation, management and maintenance of the company's BS7911 and ISO9001 accreditation and quality procedures
Coordination with Supervisors, interviewing team, punching team.
Create, Manage and track Research processes for the execution of Project
Implementation of Research Methodologies and Strategies
Analyze and develop metrics to reduce inefficiencies, standardize research plans, enhance the execution of projects and increase the chances of higher quality results
Coordination and Cooperation with Research Team
Working within project budgets
Recording hours and reasons of rework
Working to minimise rework on projects
Contributing to an enjoyable workplace
Sharing knowledge with colleagues & supporting other team members
Seeking feedback, training and guidance on performance from line manager and colleagues
Actively contributing to the management of personal performance
Planning and Organizing the Project
Ability to train employees on necessary skills
Ability to prioritize work assignments and delegate tasks to staff
Encourages team morale and spirit among staff
Ability to oversee the development and assess the performance of staff members
Taking interviews and new Hirings
Imparting Training to Team members related to new projects
Develop strategies to meet profit goals within their region
