About the Role:

We're looking for an Operations Manager who can scale systems as fast as we're scaling cities. You'll manage the company's operations backbone, from SOPs and dashboards to vendor management and new verticals like malls, societies, and government projects.

What You'll Do:

Operations Control

• Build SOPs, track dashboards, and ensure smooth coordination.
• Manage AMC, uptime, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate across the factory, city managers, and partners.

New Vertical Expansion

• Open new business verticals Malls, Societies, Smart City projects, Airports, Retail, etc.
• Identify and convert new partnership opportunities.

Vendor & Partner Ecosystem

• Build and manage vendor databases for fabrication, logistics, and AMC.
• Onboard new channel partners for indoor and standee screens.

Who You Are:

• 36 years of experience in operations or business expansion.
• A strong multitasker who can align multiple teams.
• Loves building systems from scratch and scaling fast.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

KPIs:

• Timely coordination across departments
• New partnerships built
• Operational efficiency metrics
