Operations Manager cum Front Office

You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling patients" inquiries, and cultivating strong relationships with patients and their families. As the Operations Manager cum Front Office, you will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, playing a crucial role in creating a positive image of our rehab center. Your duties will include managing the front desk, answering phone calls, and responding to emails promptly. You will greet visitors, patients, and their families warmly, providing them with necessary information and addressing their queries. Building and sustaining strong relationships with patients, families, and referral sources will be a key aspect of your role. Collaboration with internal teams to address patients" concerns effectively and enhance their overall experience is essential. Additionally, maintaining accurate records, reports, and databases will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and contributing to the reputation of the center are crucial for this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Graduation degree, fluency in Hindi and English, and excellent verbal and communication skills. The job entails a day shift schedule and is full-time in nature. Ideally, you should have at least 3 years of experience in operations management. The work location is in person at Landran, Mohali, Punjab. Reliable commuting or planning to relocate before starting work is preferred.,
