Own and Drive End-to-end Area Operations for the commission based truck placement business (BlackBuck Superloads) BlackBuck platform for the assigned territory. Own the business growth, scalability

Manage and troubleshoot day to day key fulfilment metrics in each branch - Vehicle placement for various booking offices orders, process adherence and driving the quality metrics on various operational workflows

Resolve escalations on both the sides of the market place [for booking offices and truckers] and ensuring smooth operations

Execute centrally defined collections framework and processes at the city/state/Zone level to drive collections
