Operations Manager - Aviation

The main role of an Operations Manager is to oversee daily activities. You will need to have a sharp business mind and demonstrate proven success in managing multiple departments to ensure maximum productivity. Your responsibilities will include maintaining constant communication with managers, leaders, and staff to ensure the proper operations of the company. You will be required to develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols, increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures, and ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget. Additionally, you will need to track staffing requirements, lead, motivate, and support a large team in a time-sensitive and demanding environment. As an Operations Manager, you will manage data collection for updating metrics to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for conducting budget reviews, reporting cost plans to upper management, and delegating responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service. To qualify for this position, you must have a Graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50% and at least two years of proven success in an operations management role.
