Job Name: Operations & Maintenance Executive Location: Odisha Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–4 years Industry: Renewable Energy / Solar Power About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Operations & Maintenance Executive to manage solar PV plant health, ensure uptime and resolve field-level technical issues. This is a field-based role, critical to ensuring performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:  Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections of solar plants.  Monitor plant performance and identify underperformance or faults.  Diagnose and repair inverter, wiring, or panel issues. Maintain logbooks and submit daily/weekly reports.  Ensure safety protocols and electrical norms are followed.  Liaise with clients and project managers for updates and resolutions. Qualifications & Skills:  Diploma/B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.  Understanding of solar PV system components and functions.  Ability to read SLDs and technical manuals.  Experience with data monitoring systems (SCADA preferred).  Comfortable with site travel and working under outdoor conditions.
