Operations Leader, AVP

As the Operations Team Leader, AVP at Deutsche Bank in Jaipur, India, your role involves overseeing day-to-day activities to ensure accurate and timely completion of production duties. You will be responsible for maintaining standards, meeting cut-off times, and upholding processing quality as per SLAs. Additionally, you will respond to queries and escalations promptly, act as a backup for peers, and share best practices with the team. Key Responsibilities: - Review client account opening documentation in compliance with regulatory and internal policies. - Ensure accuracy of data input in the Private Banking system and Account Opening Documents. - Perform simple and complex static amendments in core banking systems. - Conduct client due diligence searches via internal and external internet sources. - Verify signatures and update client records in core banking systems. - Collaborate with KYC/AML team for CDD searches and due diligence queries. - Support data cleansing projects and data migration initiatives. - Interact with onshore teams, FO, auditors, and stakeholders for process-related queries. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in German Language at B1/B2 level is mandatory. - Strong communication and people management skills. - Minimum 10+ years of experience in client onboarding/static data amendments in Private Banking with team management experience. - Familiarity with reviewing client onboarding documentation. - Willingness to work in multiple/rotational shifts.
