Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Maintaining strong relationships with Urban Company’s active partners—regularly checking in, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction Handling partner issues promptly and effectively—resolving concerns, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring smooth service delivery Conducting daily outreach—calling partners to provide updates, follow up on open issues, and reinforce engagement About Company: We, at Urban Company (earlier UrbanClap), are enabling commerce for home services.
