Role Description-

As an Operations Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operational activities while contributing to project management, procurement, logistics, vendor management, inventory management, and effective communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities-

Handle purchasing and inventory management, ensuring timely and accurate procurement.

Oversee sourcing, negotiation, and performance monitoring of vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors, continuously evaluating their performance.

Assist with event preparations, including organizing dcor, installing sound systems, and ensuring readiness before the event.

Conducting property inspection by collaborating with property managers to ensure that room and area inspection, staff grooming is done regularly, and CCTV and Wi-Fi are functioning at regular intervals.

Perform checks at Head Office to make sure the office properties are in good shape and is there any need for replacement or repairs.

Qualifications-

Must be well versed in Microsoft Excel

Proficient in other tools (Word, PowerPoint, Canva).

Passionate about the hospitality industry, with a proactive approach to learning.

In last year of College or Graduated with a degree program in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.

Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: 15,000
