Operations Head(Solar Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project execution for residential and commercial rooftop solar installations across Mumbai and Maharashtra.
• Plan, monitor, and deliver multiple projects within timelines and budgets.
• Manage on-site teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the design, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with all DISCOM and MNRE regulations and documentation.
• Monitor and optimize operational performance using relevant tools and reporting systems.
• Handle client escalations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage the operations and site teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (preferred).
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in rooftop solar EPC operations.
• Proven track record of independently managing 100kW+ solar projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
