As the Operations Head at Colliers Project Management, you will play a crucial role in managing operations in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and other parts of West India. Your responsibilities will involve the following key aspects: - Regular Visits: You will be required to visit all project sites regularly to monitor progress, identify issues early, and ensure adherence to the project plan. - Client Interaction: Conduct regular meetings with clients to update them on project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations. Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and issues to senior management and clients. - Team Coordination: Facilitate meetings with site teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure alignment with project goals. - Expertise and Value Addition: Define development strategies with the project team to align projects with company goals and client expectations. - Project Oversight: Oversee multiple projects during design, procurement, and construction stages. Provide expertise on feasibility, buildability, value engineering, and ensure efficient coordination and execution of activities. - On-site Engagement: Actively participate in on-site construction activities, offering guidance and support to the site team. - Point of Escalation: Serve as the main contact for project delivery issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering Additionally, you should possess excellent analytical, strategic, leadership, communication, and writing skills.
