Operations Head– IT Services Company

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Operations to oversee daily business functions and ensure smooth execution of projects across all departments. This leadership role requires strong management abilities to coordinate between teams, enforce efficient processes, and ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities across departments .
• Ensure all project teams follow defined workflows and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize resource allocation to improve productivity.
• Collaborate with department heads to streamline internal processes and resolve any workflow issues.
• Ensure high standards in project execution, client communication, and delivery quality.
• Conduct regular review meetings to track project progress, challenges, and milestones.
• Identify gaps in team performance and implement training or structural changes as needed.
• Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and performance excellence.
• Report directly to the CEO/Managing Director on key operational KPIs and updates.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the IT or digital industry.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive operations effectively.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project tracking techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
