Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Support & Operations Executive to join our growing team. This role is essential to ensuring seamless operations and delivering excellent support experiences to our clients and internal teams. You will act as a key bridge between customer service and operations, helping to streamline processes, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high service standards. Handle incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and professional resolution Daily monitoring of ongoing projects. Serve as a primary point of contact for client support and operational queries Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments to resolve client requests Regularly follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects. Update clients on the status of their queries, orders, or issues in a clear and professional manner. Preferred Candidate Profile : Good verbal and written communication skills to handle the clients professionally. Excellent coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
