E-commerce Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via Instagram, WhatsApp & Email

• Manage order updates, address changes & basic support

• Create courier labels and coordinate dispatches

• Coordinate with courier partners for delays, RTOs & delivery issues

• Maintain daily order and operations reports

• Track and manage customer disputes related to delivery, exchange or non-delivery

Requirements:

• Prior experience in e-commerce operations (preferred)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of Shopify and courier portals(preferred)

• Organized, proactive, and responsible
