As an Operations Executive (Reservations) at 30 Sundays, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable vacations for couples by handling international flight, hotel, and land component reservations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling international flight, hotel, and land component reservations efficiently. - Optimizing bookings for cost-effectiveness while ensuring competitive pricing. - Preparing quotations and generating vouchers and necessary travel documents. - Managing and resolving reservation queries promptly. - Maintaining up-to-date destination knowledge to provide expert advice. - Coordinating with suppliers, hotels, and airlines for seamless travel arrangements. - Ensuring accuracy in booking details and maintaining detailed records. - Supporting internal teams in delivering top-tier customer experiences. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - 2+ years of experience in travel operations, reservations, or related fields. - Strong knowledge of flight, hotel, and land reservations. - Proficiency in flight booking platforms, hotel booking platforms, and land arrangements. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries professionally. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. - Attention to detail and a customer-first approach.
