Operations Executive / Operations Management Trainee (Fresher)

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated B.Tech / MBA freshers to join our Operations Team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong career in business operations, process management, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations management and coordination
• Monitor internal processes and ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate with internal teams (support, finance, tech, etc.)
• Maintain operational reports, trackers, and documentation
• Help in resolving operational issues and escalations
• Ensure process compliance and timely execution
• Support management in planning and execution of tasks

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Basic understanding of business/operations is a plus

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹144,000.00 per year
