Operations Executive

Role: Operations Executive

We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business. This role is critical in ensuring smooth order flow, efficient processes, and timely reporting. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and directly report to one of the founding members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily e-commerce operations across platforms like Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon, and others.
• Manage end-to-end order processing, including packaging coordination and dispatch.
• Oversee returns and ensure proper resolution as per platform guidelines.
• Maintain daily trackers and update order/returns status accurately.
• Participate in scheduled calls and team discussions.
• Prepare simple Excel-based reports for tracking performance and operations data.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (updating trackers, simple reporting).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Good communication skills for team coordination and daily updates.
