Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Operation Executive with 7 to 13 years of experience in the HR/Recruitment/Administration/IR/Training & Development/Operations industry. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor and customer management experience, as well as project/programme management experience with IT/Metering deployment.

Roles and Responsibility

Identify timelines, risks, and issues with projects.
Communicate key issues and risks to customers and partners, and within the company.
Allocate resources according to priorities.
Manage vendors and customers effectively.
Coordinate with teams to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements

Project/programme management experience with IT/Metering deployment.
Knowledge and experience of project management methodologies.
Strong understanding of operations and customer service principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience in smart metering and electronics is an added advantage.
