Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our team as an Operation Executive in the logistic industry, located in Sohna Road. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email communication.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage logistics operations, including export/import and documentation.
Handle end-to-end export/import operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Prepare and review import/export documents, such as invoices and bills of lading.
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
Monitor and control operational costs to ensure budget efficiency.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and quality.

Job Requirements

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and strong analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with customs house agent procedures and regulations is desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
