Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operation Executive to join our consulting company in Sector 54, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in operations management.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate events/project development and setup with precision and attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including customers and vendors, to ensure seamless operations.
Plan, reserve, and book tickets for events, ensuring timely delivery.
Source event suppliers and venues, providing onsite event coordination as needed.
Develop and implement operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a related field, such as business administration or management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
Possess strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
