Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operation Executive to join our consulting team in Sector-54 Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, client servicing, or event management.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate events/project development and setup with precision and attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including customers and vendors, and internal stakeholders, such as colleagues.
Conduct site surveys and quality control checks to ensure high standards.
Plan events/projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely completion.
Source event suppliers and venues, and provide onsite event coordination support.
Oversee project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time.
Engage effectively with senior executives and top management personnel from the industry.
Support sales by building networks and relationships with clients, speakers, the media, associates, partners, third parties, and other intermediaries and potential clients of the Company.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a related field, such as business administration or marketing.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with good workflow planning and organizational skills.
Experience in MICE and events is advantageous, along with knowledge of front office/reception/computer operator/assistant roles.
Superior research and analytical skills with a creative slant, and the ability to engage effectively with senior executives.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with project development, client relationship management, and client relationship executive roles.
