We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues. Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation related to operational activities. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects. Monitor inventory levels and assist in procurement processes as needed. Implement and improve operational processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Support the management team in project coordination and administration. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience in operations or administrative roles is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present information clearly and concisely. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with operations management software is a plus.
