Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive. This role is pivotal in creating exceptional client experiences through seamless event management, thoughtful gifting, and smooth coordination with vendors. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organised, and comfortable working in a luxury real estate environment where client interactions and hospitality play a central role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute client events, parties, and experiential engagements hosted by the company.
• Oversee client gifting – from concept to delivery – ensuring premium quality and personalisation.
• Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiations, and ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
• Provide on-ground support and coordination during events; be available and present throughout to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle logistics, scheduling, and coordination across teams to deliver flawless experiences.
• Maintain event budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports post-events.
• Ensure client-first service standards aligned with the company’s luxury brand image.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–6 years of experience in operations, event management, or hospitality, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable with flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends for events (overtime will be compensated as per company policy).
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism.
