Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operations at the branch by managing day-to-day activities, including cash handling, customer service, and documentation.
  • Conduct document verification for new customers and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring timely ordering of supplies and materials.
  • Provide guidance to team members on operational procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in banking or financial services industry (preferably).
  • Strong understanding of branch operations, including cash handling, document verification, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
