Operations Executive Fresher Job

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Scrutinize and verify proposal forms, KYC, and supporting documents for completeness and correctness 2. Coordinate with the sales, underwriting, and insurer teams to resolve discrepancies and obtain necessary approvals 3. Issue new policies and endorsements in the internal systems within defined SLAs 4. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry in policy management systems 5. Handle policy-related queries from internal stakeholders and support teams 6. Ensure adherence to company SOPs, underwriting norms, and regulatory requirements 7. Generate and share MIS reports related to policy issuance, pendency, and error tracking Requirements: 1. Possess basic knowledge of insurance operations (life, health, motor, commercial lines) 2. Demonstrate good communication and coordination skills 3. Show strong attention to detail and organizational ability 4.
