About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads database 2. Make welcome calls to clients 3. Communicate product features, premium details, and policy benefits 4. Highlight key areas of any escalation to management 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system 6. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly service call numbers 7. Follow up and ensure the clients are retained within the set time frame 8. Work closely with underwriting and policy issuance teams to ensure smooth processing of renewals 9.
