Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage PODs at the office daily.
  • Update Google Sheets with docket numbers and POD received dates.
  • Scan and upload PODs into the CRM system.
  • Audit PODs in CRM and mark them as Clean or Disputed.
  • Update charges (loading, unloading, detention, etc.) in CRM as per audited POD.
  • Generate Bills of Supply after successful audit completion.
  • Courier PODs to LSP branches and update courier docket numbers in the G-Sheet.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, billing, or documentation handling.
  • Good knowledge of Google Sheets and basic computer operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (training can be provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and deadline oriented.
  • Ability to organize documents and coordinate with internal/external teams.
