Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive based in Bengaluru. The Operations Executive will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with various teams, and ensure the efficient execution of processes. Responsibilities include handling operational tasks, analyzing data for insights, managing resources, enhancing workflows, and ensuring effective communication across departments. The role also involves fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting the growth objectives of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Operations and Operations Management to execute and oversee day-to-day processes efficiently.
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients effectively.
• Someone from Events Industry or Travel Industry background
• Proven Analytical Skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and effectively manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a related field or understanding of business event management and international consulting is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travels, Events, Management or a related discipline.
