Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze operational reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for timely execution of tasks.
• Monitor and track project or order progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases.
• Handle communication through calls, emails, and other official channels professionally.
• Support management in process improvement and operational planning.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Data Entry, and Reporting).
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
• Team player with a proactive approach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
