Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Executive (Client Servicing) to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting our commitment to client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services to clients.
Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures.
Handle client queries and issues promptly and effectively.
Prepare reports and documentation for client meetings and reviews.
Monitor service delivery and address any discrepancies or challenges.
Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1-6 years of experience in client servicing or operations role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
